Webhosting

Every website on the internet is hosted on a computer known as a webserver that acts as a host computer. This webserver is connected to the internet at all times. It stores all HTML files, graphics and other files of a website; this way the website and its content are available 24 hours a day for worldwide users.

There are 3 important things that you need to consider when it comes to webhosting:

- What kind of webserver is your web site hosted on? The faster the webserver, the better - this is obvious. It is also very important that the web has sufficient memory (RAM). Our webservers come with a minimum configuration of quad core processors and 16 GB of RAM each.

- How is this webserver connected to the internet? Again, the faster the connection, the better. The minimum connection we offer is a 100 Mbps uplink.

- What is the physical location of this webserver? If your visitors are located in the United States, the webserver should also be located in the United States. If your customer base is located in France or Germany, we would recommend the webserver be in respectively France or Germany as well.
